About: Samantha is a certified personal trainer and fitness expert, serving a variety of clientele in Magnolia, Texas. Growing up in Magnolia, Samantha played many sports, including softball, volleyball, basketball, track & field, powerlifting, and now is a National Figure Competitor for the NPC. She took up personal training as a career in 2005 and has been helping her clients achieve their fitness goals by custom-catering programs to suit each person’s individual challenges and hurdles. Samantha also teaches a Women’s Body Sculpting Class, and a Men’s Strength Training Group. Adult personal training programs include a mixture of weight/resistance training, balance & flexibility, endurance, core strengthening, and diet programs.
