About: Samantha is a certified personal trainer and fitness expert, serving a variety of clientele in Magnolia, Texas. Growing up in Magnolia, Samantha played many sports, including softball, volleyball, basketball, track & field, powerlifting, and now is a National Figure Competitor for the NPC. She took up personal training as a career in 2005 and has been helping her clients achieve their fitness goals by custom-catering programs to suit each person’s individual challenges and hurdles. Samantha also teaches a Women’s Body Sculpting Class, and a Men’s Strength Training Group. Adult personal training programs include a mixture of weight/resistance training, balance & flexibility, endurance, core strengthening, and diet programs. About: Micki is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and WBFF Pro Fitness Model. She is also the mother of two boys and a Type 1 Diabetic. She is passionate about helping people meet their health and fitness goals through nutrition and exercise. Her interest in fitness started in her pre-teen years when she would stay after school and take a Jane Fonda Aerobics class with her Home Economics teacher. While attending Baylor University, she taught "Bear Aerobics." Her first competition experiences were with the Miss TX Teen USA and eventually Miss TX USA pageants, where she became fourth runner up as Miss Woodlands In Miss Texas 1998. While her children were young, Micki stayed home. She worked as a group fitness instructor at the YMCA which sparked her interest in fitness competition. At this point, Micki decided to transition into personal training. Winning her PRO card in 2011 brought her new opportunities. She has been published in Inside Fitness Magazine, World Physique Magazine, Fit & Firm, STATUS Magazine; and at age 40, she has recently been named a "Rising Star" in Oxygen magazine. There is no challenge to big for her to accomplish.
